ABOUT DANISH DIVERSITY WEEK
Danish Diversity Week is held from 15-19 April, 2024 and is a whole week of activities around Denmark with a goal of creating a movement towards more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Different activities will be held across the country and online including an event in Aarhus on April 16th and Danish Diversity Day & Awards in Industriens Hus on 18 April 2024.
​
The overall theme of the week is Inclusion starts with I - because we all have a responsibility to meet ourselves and others with curiosity, respect and trust.
​
Danish Diversity Week is organised in cooperation between Goodtalks and DI - Dansk Industri, and with support for dedicated partners.
PURPOSE
The purpose of Danish Diversity Week is to start a conversation about what kind of labour market we want to create.
A labour market with equal opportunities for all and with room and respect for everyone.

A labour market where we respect each other's differences and are not afraid of those who do not look like us.
​
A labour market where we dare to break with the habits and traditions of the past and where we break down barriers and build bridges between people.
